氢气脱水工艺技改

摘要 针对原氢气脱水工艺氢气含水量高达18%的缺点进行改进:增加1套冷水机组,将捕集器内部过滤网骨架由钢管钻孔改成钢筋制作,延长氢气脱水时间,增加液封管,使脱水后氢气含水量降至10%以下,年可节约65万元蒸汽和水费用。 Improvements were completed to overcome the d as high as 18% in the old hydrogen gas dehydration process. creasing 1 set of chiller, changing the filtration net framework to steel bars, prolonging hydrogen dewatering time, and efect that moisture content of hydrogen was The improvements were comprised of in- inside the collector from pored steel tubes adding liquid-sealed tube.
