摘要
针对原氢气脱水工艺氢气含水量高达18%的缺点进行改进:增加1套冷水机组,将捕集器内部过滤网骨架由钢管钻孔改成钢筋制作,延长氢气脱水时间,增加液封管,使脱水后氢气含水量降至10%以下,年可节约65万元蒸汽和水费用。
