Measures of stabilizing coke strength

在论证稳定焦炭强度的重要性和分析影响焦炭强度因素的基础上 ,提出强化煤场煤质管理、制定新的炼焦煤质量标准、建立精煤主副供点制度、稳定主焦煤优质煤源基地等措施 ,使实施后的焦炭M40 %提高了 1 .2 % ,M10 %极差降低了 0 .3% .

By analysing the factors affecting coke strength, a number of measures were put forward to keep the coke strength stable from time to time. These measures included(1) strictly controlling coal quality at coal yards; (2) formulating a new specification for coking coal; (3) constituting a cleaned_coal supply system with two separate supply stations, primary and auxiliary, in operation; and (4) always purchasing primary coking coal from qualified suppliers. As a result of implementing these measures, the superior M_40% of the coke was increased by 1.2%, and the inferior M_10% decresaed by 0.3%.
