SMATICS5 - 1 0 0U型PLC在原料破碎工序得到应用 ,文中介绍了工艺控制要求、系统硬件配置、软件编制及一些心得体会 .该系统自 1 996年底投入运行以来 ,PLC故障率为零 ,可靠性高 ;同时 ,当工艺变动时 ,程序修改方便 ,硬件扩展性强 .
A SMATIC S5-100U PLC unit was employed in the crushing line at the SISG bedding works to enhance the performance of the line. Since it was first put into operation by the end of 1996, the unit has been working very well, with a zero trouble rate and a high reliability obtained. It is easy to modify the program of the unit and to expand its hardware to cope with any changes in the crushing procedure. In the present discussion, the requirements for the process control with this unit, as well as the hardware configuration and programming for it are described.
