丙泊酚应用于胃镜检查500例分析

Analysis of 500 Patients Treated with Propofol before Gastroscope Inspection

目的探讨丙泊酚静脉注射下行胃镜检查的安全性、可行性,以寻求一种舒适、安全、可靠的胃镜检查方法。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年2月深圳市松岗人民医院500例门诊和住院自愿接受无痛胃镜检查患者,检查前应用丙泊酚静脉注射治疗,观察患者在用药前后的心率、平均动脉压、呼吸、血氧饱和度的变化以及胃镜检查时置镜反应、胃镜检查效果。结果患者在用药后平均动脉压、心率、呼吸频率较用药前明显下降,在持续鼻导管吸氧下血氧饱和度变化不明显,术中无躁动、恶心、呕吐,胃镜下影像清晰,所有患者对检查过程无任何记忆,患者满意度100%。结论丙泊酚静脉注射下行胃镜检查是舒适、安全、可行的,消除了患者在胃镜检查中的不适感,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the feasibility and safety of propofol injection in gastroscope inspection and to find a comfortable and safe and reliable inspect methods.Methods The data on 500 patients in clinic and hospital who received gastroscope inspection from January 2009 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed to understand patients＇ changes of HR,MAP,R,SpO2 and inspection response,effect after propofol injection.Results Patients＇ MAP,HR,R reduced after propofol injection,SpO2 was nearly fixed after propofol injection,anxiety,nausea and vomit were not found.And they couldn＇t remember all after inspection,with the degree of satisfaction 100%.Conclusion Propofol injection before gastroscope inspection was safe and feasible.It largely relieved patients＇ discomfort in gastroscope inspection.It was worth promoting.
