鼠神经生长因子在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效及其可能机制。方法选择70例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,随机分为鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗组36例和常规治疗组34例,并选取正常新生儿20例作为对照组。分别于出生后24 h及药物治疗7 d后抽血检测SOD浓度和VEGF浓度,于出生后1~3 d、4~6 d、7~10 d进行NBNA评分。结果①mNGF治疗组的症状、体征改善明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。②出生后4~6 d、7~10 d,mNGF治疗组NBNA评分明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。③mNGF治疗组的血浆SOD、VEGF浓度明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 mNGF通过增强抗氧化酶活性,升高VEGF浓度,促进新生血管生成,在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the effect and possible mechanism of mouse nerve growth factor treatment for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods 70 cases were divided into two group randomly,including 36 cases as mNGF treatment group,34 cases as routine treatment group.20 healthy infants were collected as control group.The levels of blood plasma SOD and VEGF of all the patients were detected after birth at 7th d after treatment.The NBNA grade were measured in mNGF treatment group and routine treatment group after 1~3 d,4~6 d,7~10 d.Results ①clinical symptoms and physical signs of mNGF treatment group was improved significantly(compared with routine treatment group,P0.05).②NBNA grades of mNGF treatment groups after 4~6 d and 7~10 d were significantly higher than those of routine treatment group(P0.05).③levels of SOD and VEGF in mNGF treatment group were significantly higher than those of routine treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion MNGF can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,elevate VEGF concentration,promote the formation of new blood vessels.It plays a very important role in treatment for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
