摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法对嘧菌酯原药中的有效成分嘧菌酯及其杂质进行分离分析。得到嘧菌酯及其3种杂质的质谱图,推断出各杂质可能的结构,有利于控制嘧菌酯原药中的杂质。
A method for separation and identification of Azoxystrobin technical was developed. Rhe Azoxystrobin and 3 relative impurities in Azoxystrobin technical were separated and identified. The chemical structure of these impurities were confirmed.
