摘要
以电熔尖晶石、白刚玉、板刚玉、硅灰951、拉法基水泥S71为基本原料,在基础配方的基础上,通过调整电熔尖晶石、拉法基水泥S71的加入量制备水泥窑喷煤管用浇注料,对该浇注料进行了线变化率、体积密度、强度、抗热震等性能测定。试验结果表明:较适宜用作浇注料的配料组成为电熔尖晶石70%,硅灰0.5%,白刚玉17.5%,拉法基水泥7%,1 400℃时其抗压强度为203.31MPa,抗热震性能其强度保持率为61.26%。
With fused spinel, white corundum, platelike corundum, silicon ash 951 and rafa ce- ment S71 as main raw materials, a modified refractory castable for cement kiln pulverized coal was prepared by changing the adding amount of fused spinel and rafa cement S71. Performances of the refractoty castable such as line change rate, bulk density, strength and thermal shock re- sistance were measured. The results showed that the refractory castable with 70% fused spinel, 0.5% silicon ash, 17.5% white corundum, 7% rafa cement S71 had better performances, which had compressive strength 203.31MPa and thermal shock resistance 61.26% at 1 400 ℃.
