作为地方高校,学校的基本定位是培养优秀人才,满足地方经济发展的需要。如何实现复合型人才的培养,一直进行着多方面的探索。经过多年探索,初步搭建了政府支持下的校企合作绿色通道,达到了理论与实践相结合的目的,并取得了良好的成果。

As a local university, the fundamental objective is to cultivate excellent talents and meet the needs of the development of the regional economy. We have been trying to explore how to realize the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talent for these years. Through years of exploration, the green-co- operation-channel between colleges and enterprises is preliminarily constructed under the support of government, realizes the combination of theory with practice, and a series of excellent results are ac- quired.
