简易高温超导体临界电流测量系统电流源的设计与开发

摘要 高温超导体的临界电流值是超导材料基本的参数之一。研制了利用LM12运算放大器和3DD12B-T型三极管联合放大电流、通过计算机采用VB语言编程控制电流输出的高温超导临界电流测试系统的电流源。经过对Bi系超导带材的临界电流测试实验表明,所设计开发的高温超导电流源具有较大输出、可控和稳定性好的特点。 The critical current of high temperature superconductor is one of basic parameters of super- conducting material. A new current supply is devised for critical current measuring system on high tem- perature superconducting field, which magnify current in the circuit through combining LM12 amplifier and 3DD12B-T transistor, and which current output is controlled by computer process programmed with VB. A set of critical current testing for Bi material is shown that the new current supply equipment can produce large controlling stability current.
