天津海河流域水体及自来水细菌检测及分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用平板菌落计数法和多管发酵法检测天津海河流域水体和自来水中的细菌总数、总大肠杆菌群及粪大肠菌数,以期对天津海河流域水体微生物污染状况进行分析。结果表明,在1mL的天津自来水水样中总菌数小于1,没有检测出大肠杆菌和粪大肠菌,符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2005)的规定。对海河水的检测结果为大肠杆菌平均70 000个/L,超出III类水标准,粪大肠菌平均700个/L,属于II类水标准。粪大肠菌群的存在可认为河水直接或间接的受到了比较近期的人或动物粪便污染,应引起人们的重视。 To analyze the present state of microbial contamination of Haihe River and tap water of Tian- jin, the total bacteria number, total coliforms and Fecal Coliform are analyzed by plate colony-counting method and multiple-tube fermentation technique. The results show that the number of total bacteria per ml in tap water of Tianjin city is less than 1, and E. Coli and Fecal Coliform have not been found in tap water which accord with the 〈Standards for Drinking Water Quality〉 (GB5749-2005). The average number of E. Coli in Haihe River is 70000/L, which exceeds the III level of water standard. The aver- age number of Fecal Coliform is 700/L, which belong to the II level of water standard. The existence of Fecal Coliform shows that the Haihe River has been directly or indirectly polluted by the faeces of human beings or animals recently. People should pay attention to this problem.
