改良后的U型头架在肩关节镜手术中的应用

Application of Improved U-shape Head Frame in Shoulder Arthroscopy Operation

[目的]探讨改良后的U型头架在肩关节镜手术中的应用效果.[方法]将行肩关节手术患者90例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组45例,均采用沙滩椅手术体位;对照组采用原始头架进行体位摆放,观察组采用改良后头架进行体位摆放.观察两组手术患者的手术时间与术中血流动力学变化及手术体位的摆放时间.[结果]观察组的手术时间与体位摆放时间显著低于对照组,其差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,术中麻醉效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）.[结论]在肩关节镜手术中采用改良后的U型支架后,效果显著,手术时间缩短,体位摆放的时间缩短、对术中麻醉影响小,有利于术中观察病人.

[Objective] To explore the efficacy of improved U-shape head frame applied in shoulder arthroscopy surgery. [Methods] Ninety patients undergoing shoulder joint operation were divided into observation group and control group with 45 in each. Both groups were at beach chair position. Original head frame was used for posture putting in control group. The improved frame was used for posture putting in observation group. Operation time, intraoperative hemodynamic changes and operative posture time of patients in two groups were observed. [Results] The operation time and operative posture time of observation group were markedly shorten than those of control group, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）. The intraoperative anesthetic effect in observation group was better than that in control group （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The improved U-shape head frame has obvious efficacy, short operation time and posture time and small intraoperative anesthetic effect, and is benefit to observe the patient.
