佛山南海地区脑卒中患者生活质量的现状及影响因素

Quality of life and influence factors of patients with stroke in Nanhai Area of Foshan

目的探讨珠三角地区脑卒中患者的生活质量及影响因素。方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量量表对126例脑卒中患者进行生活质量评定。结果对脑卒中患者生活质量各领域进行分析,结果显示身体残障严重、脑卒中并发症严重者生活质量差;婚姻、费用支付等对生存质量起重要作用,即自费、无伴侣的患者生活质量差;性别、年龄、既往病史、脑卒中类型对生活质量影响相对较弱。回归分析提示,患者的生活质量与家庭状况、疾病现状、医疗费用和康复治疗等相关。结论针对脑卒中患者不同的家庭状况、疾病现状情况进行干预,进行早期康复治疗,减轻患者的经济负担,能有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the quality of life and influence factors of stroke patients in Nanhai Area of Foshan. Methods The WHOQOL-BREF was used to evaluate the life quality of 126 cases of stroke patients. Results Each field of the quality of life in patients with cerebral apoplexy was analyzed, and the results indicated that survival quality of patients with physical disabilities or serious stroke complications were poor. Marriage, cost pay played an important role, that was, the qual ity of life in patients without a partner was poor. Gender, age, medical history, type of stroke were relatively weak on survival quality. Regression analysis suggested that the marital status, disease situation, medical expenses and rehabilitation were relat- ed to the quality of life. Conclusion For patients with cerebral apoplexy, intervention on different marital status and disease situation, rehabilitation treatment and reducing the economic burden can effectively improve the quality of life.
