In order to make clear teachers＇ effectiveness, we need to recognize which characteristics the qualified and competent teachers can have, investigate which factors influence teachers＇ effectiveness and evaluate which modes of teachers＇ effectiveness may be operated in practice. There are multifaceted approaches to advance teachers＇ effectiveness, including teachers＇ reflection-in-practice based on professional self efficacy, peer coaching based on professional community and school management reform based on learning organization.
