摘要
就业是高职教育的主要目标之一,学生具备良好的就业能力是学生能够成功就业的关键,因此加强学生就业能力的理论与实践研究就十分重要,面对内涵丰富的就业能力进行科学评价尤其重要。首先要准确把握就业能力的内涵和特点,其次是要设计出一套客观的评价指标体系,并选取分析样本进行试评检验,为完善指标体系提供依据。
To have graduates employed is one of the main targets of vocational education, and to equip themselves with high employability is the key for graduates to be successfully employed. It is thus of great significance to strengthen the theoretical and practical researches on students' empioyability. It is also important to carry out scientific assessment on employability which includes various aspects. Researchers should firstly grasp the connotation and features of employability, then design a set of objective assessment indexes and select analysis samples for tentative test to provide evidence for completing the index system.
