论新升格本科院校图书馆的通借通还工作——以钦州学院为例

多校区高校图书馆开展通借通还工作,无论是对学校、图书馆或是读者都是有益处的。钦州学院图书馆目前能够实现的只是通阅,而通借通还工作没有真正展开。因此,应建章立制、专人管理、建立通借通还信息管理系统和配送系统、加大宣传等改进通借通还工作,最大限度地发挥高校图书馆的服务功能。

It is beneficial for school, library and readers to fulfill coordinated loan and return books among libraries on different campuses. Therefore, to play the full role of the library, regulations and rules should be bulit. What＇ s more, information management system and distribution system for coordinated loan and return need to set up and prompt by specially-assigned persons.
