炼焦煤优化利用的实践

Optimum Usage Practice of Coking Coal

为合理利用优质的炼焦煤资源,拜城县众泰煤焦化有限公司根据各炼焦煤可选性情况,在保证配合煤灰分指标相同的情况下,通过对气煤和1/3焦煤的洗选,合理调控各炼焦单种煤的灰分指标,使吨配合煤成本下降23元,直接经济效益达1864万元/年,每年节约优质炼焦煤23.18%、洗选后新增效益达1703万元/年,综合后新增效益达3567万元/年。

The paper introduced rational utilization of high quality coking coal resources.According to washability of each coking coal and making mixed coal ash with the same index,the Baicheng County Zhongtai Coking Co.,Ltd had washed gas coal and 1/3 coking coal,then reasonably regulated ash index of coking coals＇.The practice indicated that mixed coal cost fells 23 yuan per ton,direct economic benefits was 18.64 million yuan each year.Therefore every year high quality coking coal would be saved 23.18 %,new benefit after washing was 17.03 million yuan yearly,new benefit after comprehensive utilization was 35.67 million yuan annually.
