佛山市涂料行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放特征调查与分析

Investigation of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) from Coating Product Industry of Foshan and Analysis for Their Emitting Characteristics

在调查佛山市涂料企业的基础上,将涂料行业VOCs排放特征从生产工艺、废气治理设施、生产管理水平进行了分析,并进行了无组织和有组织排放废气的监测。结果表明,大量有机溶剂的使用是VOCs的主要产生源,生产工艺、治理设施、管理水平影响了VOCs的排放,废气样品TVOCs的质量浓度分布在58.56～309.74 mg/m3之间,分别检出35、40种VOCs,主要为苯系物、酯类、酮类物质。

On the basis of searching coating product industry of FUSHAN,their emitting characteristics were analyzed from production processes,exhaust emission control facilities,production management.Organization discharge and organized emissions exhaust were monitored.The results showed that most of VOCs emission sources were came from lots of organic solvents used.The exhaust emission of VOCs were affected by unsealed production processes,exhaust emission control facilities and production management.The VOCs concentration in factories were 58.56～309.74 mg/m3.35 or 40 kinds of VOCs were mointer out,respectively.The main VOCs were benzene series,ester compounds and ketones.
