接触氧化法处理铅锌矿选矿废水试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 铅锌选矿废水直接回用和排放对生产及环境危害较大,文章研究了混凝沉淀-接触氧化法对某铅锌选矿废水的处理效果,试验结果表明:在碳酸钠调节废水的碱度至9左右时,废水中的铅、锌、铜、钙等离子的去除率分别达到了100%、88%、67%和99%。接触氧化处理后出水的化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷和悬浮物浓度分别低于90 mg/L、15 mg/L、0.35 mg/L和10 mg/L,接触氧化的最佳条件为HRT 3.5 h,最佳溶解氧量为3.5 mg/L。 The direct reuse and discharge of lead-zinc mine flotation wastewater seriously threatened the environment.In the paper,the coagulation-sedimentation and biological contact oxidation process to treat the lead-zinc mine flotation wastewater were researched.The results showed that when the solution pH was adjusted to about 9 by sodium carbonate,the removal rate of Pb,Zn,Cu,Ca could achieve 100 %,88 %,67 % and 99 %,respectively.After the biological contact oxidation process,the concentrations of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,and suspended matter of the effluent were below 90 mg/L,15 mg/L,0.35 mg/L and 10 mg/L,individually.The optimum HRT for biological contact oxidation process was 3.5 h,and Dissolved Oxygen(DO) concentration should be maintained at 3.5 mg/L.
