Reason Analysis and Treatment Control on Regeneration Standpipe Wear of FCC

对催化裂化装置同轴式沉降再生器待生立管磨损原因进行分析,认为原设计不合理是主要原因,对待生立管及密封结构进行了改进。

The wear reasons were analyzed of the regeneration standpipe in the coaxial settler and regenerator in the FCC unit.Original design unreasonable was the major cause,and the regeneration standpipe and sealing structure were reformed.
