摘要
Cr12MoV冷作模具钢TD处理是一种高效的模具表面强化方法。文章通过TD处理实验、金相组织分析、硬度分析,研究了不同还原剂含量对Cr12MoV钢TD覆层的影响。试验结果表明:不加还原剂,基体表面将没有碳化钒生成;还原剂含量不同,试样表面覆层成分、厚度、硬度也不同;还原剂(FeSi45)在TD盐浴中最佳含量是4%。
Cr12MoV steel is a kind of important cold working die steel,TD process for Cr12MoV steel is an effective method for mold surface strengthening method.The paper through to the Cr12MoV steel TD process experiment and metallographic analysis and hardness analysis,research on effect of reducer(FeSi45) on TD process for Cr12MoV steel.Research showed that if reducer isn't added to the bath,no vanadium carbide coating was formed,the reducer content could affect the species,thickness,hardness of the coating,and 4 % weight reducer(FeSi45) was the optimal content.
