The Distinguishing and Thinking on the Essence of New Revolution in Military Affair From the Viewpoint of System

结合国内外各种观点的优点和缺陷,运用马克思主义基本原理,从系统的观点来研究,军事体系时代转型理应成为军事变革最根本的性质。美国、日、法等国从二战到现在,国防科研、军工生产、军事力量、军事理论、国家军事领导指挥体制、国防动员等从机械化向信息化转型的过程也说明了这一点。从军事体系时代转型的角度来研究军事变革,能拓展战略视野,有利于更好地推进中国特色军事变革。

Synthesizing the strongpoint and weakness of the study on the essence of new revolution in military affair, according to the theory of Marxism philosophy, we think the age transformation of military system as the essence of new revolution in military affair. The countries including USA, Japan and France have been changing their military system from mechanization to informationism after the Two World War. It has favor to the characteristic revolution in military affair of China from the viewpoint of the age trans- formation of military systems family.
