摘要
探讨了由一个产品供应商、一个处于主导地位的经销商与n个处于从属地位的经销商所构成的二级供应链的企业合作及利润分配问题。以Stackelberg博弈理论和古诺模型为研究方法,构建了各企业不合作、部分合作及完全合作情形下的最大化利润模型,通过求解、分析和比较描述了各企业动态博弈的过程,并运用相同利润增长率法对参与整体合作的企业进行了利润分配。
This paper explores the enterprise cooperation and profit distribution issues for a two-stage supply chain consisting of a product supplier, a dominant dealer and N subordinate distributors and con- structs maximum profit model under the conditions of non-cooperation, partial cooperation and complete operation among businesses taking Stackelberg game and Cournot model as its research method. By solving, analyzing and comparatively decrypting each process of the dynamic game, profits are distributed among businesses with the same profit growth law.
