摘要
自组织团队是极具适应性与创新性的组织模式,组织可以通过应用自组织团队,实现迅速适应复杂动态环境的目的。在对自组织团队内涵与特征分析的基础上,指出实现自组织团队设计的根本方法,是通过设计自组织团队目标、成员、规则和边界等初始条件,为团队的自组织行为与自组织过程创造条件。
Self-organized group is an organizing model of adaptation and creativity. It can be organ- ized by applying self - organized group to reach the target on its quick adaptation in a complicated dynam- ic environment. On the basis of analyzing the connotations and features of self - organized group, by de- signing the initial conditions of group target, members, rules and frontiers, we can entail the fundamental methods for designing a self - organized group, in order to create conditions for the self - organized be- haviors and self- organizing procedures of a group.
