A Research on People's Cooperation in Manual Operating System

摘要 自20世纪以来,生产方式由大量生产转化为少量多样化生产,其中手工作业内容占了很大一部分;本文分析了人工作业系统(MOS)中个人在组织中的活动特性,同时指出了该系统中影响团队效率的因素;并用n人合作对策及Shapley值理论对团队中人员的贡献值进行量化求解,进而利用循环迭代的运算方法对团队的组合进行重新的调整,最终对团队成员的组合起到一定的优化作用。 Since the 20th century, mass - production has changed into small - amount diversified production, among which manual production occupies a large part. The article analyzes the flexibilities for individuals of an organization in MOS, simultaneously pointing out the factors that affect the team efficien- cy with the strategy of n people' s cooperation and the Shapley Theory to quantify the contributions of each member in the corps. Next, by the guise of cyclic interactive method, people could adjust the team combination. Eventually, team membership combination will be optimized to some extent.
