初中生情绪调节方式调查研究

摘要 运用情绪调节方式问卷对189名初中生进行调查,考察其情绪调节方式的情况及特点。结果显示:(1)初中生总体上感受正情绪快乐、兴趣的较多,负情绪感受悲伤、厌恶的较多,恐惧最少。不同性别、年级的情绪感受有所差别;(2)初中生在感受正性情绪时出现比较多的增强调节(重视和宣泄),在感受负性情绪时出现比较多的减弱调节(忽视和抑制),同时更多地通过原因调节(忽视和重视)来调节自己的情绪;(3)初中男女生在负性情绪的宣泄上存在显著差异,女生更多地采用宣泄的调解方式;(4)情绪调节方式在年级上存在差异,表现在对负性情绪的重视调节、宣泄调节上。 This research discussed the emotion regulation mode of junior school students, using the emotion regulation mode question- naire survey to investigate 189 junior school students, inspected the situation and the characteristic of emotion regulation mode. The resultsshowthat: (1) The junior school students felt more joyful and interest in positive mood as whole , feh more sad and loath in negatire mood, the fear was least. The different sex, the grade had different mood. (2) When feeling the positive mood, the junior school students preferred enhancement adjustments (to take seriously and to divulge), and when feel negative mood they preferred weaken adjustment (to neglect and to suppress) , simultaneously preferred to adjust own mood through the reason adjustment (neglects and takes seriously) . (3) The different sex in negative mood divulges had remarkable difference, female students preferred using the divulge mediation way. (4) The emotion regulation mode in different grade existed difference in the type of value and divulge adjustment.
