危机公关5S原则在企业危机处理中的应用——以阿里巴巴“欺诈门”事件为例 被引量:1

摘要 近年来企业频频发生各类危机事件,严重影响了企业的生存和发展,游昌乔提出的企业危机公关5S原则在危机传播领域有着重要的影响,文章将以阿里巴巴的"欺诈门"事件为例,分析和评价该企业在危机处理中对5S原则的应用,并提出建议。
