摘要
叙述了燃煤热电厂主蒸汽管道、热再热蒸汽管道、冷再热蒸汽管道、高压给水管道(四大管道)和支吊架构建的管道监测系统的结构、数据处理、模型组建以及系统模块的研发路径。介绍了现场应用三维可视化技术、管道设备在线监测和状态计算,取得的成功经验和应用效果。实时数据的接入和有限元计算的程序化,使原有的静态档案式管理模式提升为实时动态管理模式,为全方位加强电厂管道的技术监督,提供了基于三维可视化技术平台的在线监测系统对管道和支吊架进行状态诊断的经验。
By using 3D visualization technology, pipeline equipment online monitoring and state calculation, described the structure, data processing, model forming and system module development path of the monitoring system of the main steam pipe,hot reheat steam pipe, cold reheat steam pipe, high pressure water supply pipe (four main pipeline) and supports. Introduced the successful experience and application effect of the field ap- plication of this system. Real-time data access and programmed finite element calculation, maked the original static file type management mode jumped for real-time dynamic management mode. Provided online monitoring system based on 3D visualization technology platform and the experience of the state diagnosis to strengthen technical supervision of the pipeline comprehensively for power plant.
