摘要 阐述了物联网的技术特点,结合畜产品养殖、生产、加工的特殊环境和条件,研究开发了以物联网为特征的养殖、疫病防控、牲畜交易、屠宰加工,奶业收购、运输和产品销售等环节所采用的标识技术和识读产品,以及畜产品可追溯的信息代码转换数据库和软件系统;研究制订了相关标识产品和识读产品的技术标准和技术规范,为政府的"放心肉"、"安全奶"工程提供了一整套食品安全溯源监管解决方案和相应的信息化平台产品套件。 After the research on the technical features of the IOT, we develop identification techniques and recognition products characterized by the IOT in the special environment and conditions of animal products. It can be used for feeding, epidemic preventing, trading, slaughtering and processing, dairy industry purchasing, transport and sales of products and other stages, meanwhile, the database and software for tracking animal products are established. The technical standard and technical specifications for relevant identification and reading product is proposed finally. This paper can provide a complete solutions to food safety traceability and regulatory and the corresponding information platform for the government's quality-assured meat and safe milk project.
