摘要 结核病是危害人类健康的最大传染病之一。结核分枝杆菌抗原遗传背景较复杂,且个体差异较大,应用单一抗原和单一的诊断方法无法对结核病进行及时、准确的诊断。近年来国内外学者发现了一些新的结核分枝杆菌菌属抗原和特异性抗原,并逐渐完善了结核病的诊断方法,对结核病的诊断具有重大意义。现就这些抗原的生物学特性及其在结核病诊断中的研究进展进行综述。 Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the major infectious diseases,a serious harm to human health.The genetic background of mycobacterium tuberculosis is complex,and antibody responses of different patients are quite different,which makes it impossible to realize timely and accurate diagnosis of single antigen and single diagnosis method.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars found some new mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens and specific antigens,gradually improving the diagnosis method of tuberculosis and is of great significance.Here is to make a review on the biological characteristics of these antigens and the research progress of the application in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
