摘要 转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一组细胞外分泌型信号多肽。TGF-β信号主要通过膜上的受体和膜内Smad分子进行转导。最近研究证实,TGF-β与心室结构重构和电重构密切相关。TGF-β对心室结构重构的影响主要表现在促进心肌细胞肥大,同时使细胞外基质合成增加和阻碍基质的降解而导致组织纤维化改变。有限的研究结果表明,TGF-β可能通过调节肌浆网钙容量及其发生改变的频率和幅度从而减慢一过性Ca2+流到达峰值的时间和衰减的速度等途径影响心室电重构。 The type β transforming growth factors(TGF-β)is a group of pleiotropic cytokines,TGF-β signal is manily transduced through transmembranous receptors and intracellular mediator SMADs.Recent studies have revealed that TGF-β is closely related with ventricle structural and electrical remodeling.Its influence on ventricle structural remodeling is mainly displayed in promoting myocardial cell hypertrophy,moreover,it makes the extracellular matrix synthesis increase and inhibits extracellular matrix degradation,which will lead to tissues fibrosis.Limited studies have revealed that TGF-β may reduce the time of intracellular Ca2+ transients to peak and the rate of decay to impact electrical remodeling through the way such as adjusting sarcoplasmic Ca2+ content and the frequency and amplitude of its change.
