摘要 自噬是真核细胞内一种大分子物质和细胞器降解途径,在非脂肪组织,激活自噬可保护组织免于脂质沉积的损伤,在脂肪组织,抑制自噬可阻止肥胖的发展。自噬参与细胞脂质沉积的调节,与脂肪肝、2型糖尿病(T2DM)、代谢综合征(MS)等脂质沉积相关疾病的发生、发展关系密切。现就自噬与脂质沉积的关系予以综述。 Autophagy is a kind of degradation pathway for the breakdown of cytosolic macromolecules and organelles in eukaryotic cells.In non-adipose tissues,activation of autophagy can protect tissue from damage of lipid deposition,while inhibition of autophagy can prevent the development of obesity in adipose tissue.Autophagy is involved in the regulation of lipid deposition.There is a close relationship between autophagy disorders and lipid deposition-related diseases,such as fatty liver,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and metabolic syndrome(MS).Here is to make a review on the role of autophagy and lipid deposition.
