摘要
肝纤维化是对慢性肝损伤的一种可逆修复反应。肝纤维化的特征性改变是肝激活脏内的细胞外基质的过度沉积。肝星形细胞的激活被认为是这一过程中的关键事件,它的激活受多种细胞因子及细胞内信号调节系统的调节。氧化应激相关的分子能调节组织和细胞事件,促进肝纤维化的进展。
Liver fibrosis is a reversible wound-healing response to chronic liver injury.The most characteristic feature of liver fibrosis is the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix in liver.It is well known that activation of hepatic stellate cells,which is regulated by many cytokines and several intracellular signaling pathways,is the key event in the process of liver fibrosis.Oxidative stress-related molecules may act as mediators able to modulate tissue and cellular events responsible for the progression of liver fibrosis.
