On Establishment of Talent Training Mode in New-Upgraded Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

新升格本科院校是我国高等教育队伍的重要组成部分,对地方经济和社会发展起着至关重要的作用。所以,通过分析我国新升格本科院校的共同特征,提示新升格本科院校人才培养模式构建的影响因素,并在此基础上提出我国新升格本科院校人才培养模式的构建思路,有着很强的现实意义。

New-Upgraded undergraduate colleges and universities are an important part of the higher education in China and they are playing an important role in local economic and social development. Analysis of the common characteristics of those colleges and uni- versities reveals the factors in the establishment of the talent training mode. Accordingly, an approach suggested to build the talent training mode is of great realistic significance.
