摘要
表扬是一种非常普遍的教育手段。文章从近年来心理学关于表扬的代表性文献中梳理出线索,并着重探讨既有研究对教育实践中使用表扬的启示。首先总结了表扬对儿童青少年身心发展影响的几种代表性观点,进而从影响因素的角度梳理了以往关于表扬的实证研究,在此基础上提出在学校和家庭教育中提高表扬有效性和科学性的若干建议。
Praise is a common means of education. This article sorted the representative praise literatures of psychology in recent years, thus emphatically introspect the enlightenment using the praise in education practice. First several representative views that the praise affected mental and physical development of child and adolescent were summarized, then combed the previous empirical research on praise from the angle of influencing factors. Based on this, the authors put forward some effective and scientific praise suggestions in school and family education.
