摘要
在文献分析的基础上,文章界定了教师专业发展能动性的概念,并通过教师访谈和理论分析进行理论建构,据此编制教师专业发展能动性量表,对249名教师有效被试进行调查。经过探索性和验证性因素分析以及信效度检验,结果表明:教师专业发展能动性量表包括专业发展个人能动性和专业发展环境能动性两个维度。教师专业发展能动性量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量教师的专业发展能动性。
Based on theoretical construction of teachers' professional development agency, professional de- velopment agency scale for teaehers was developed. The scale contains two dimensions, which are personal agency and context agency. Fourteen excellent teachers were interviewed and 249 teachers were involved in the scale assessment. The results from confirmatory factor analyses and Cronbaeh's Alpha test showed the 2 factors model of the scale strongly supported, and the reliability and validity of the scale were well accepted. It could be used to test teachers' professional development agency.
