摘要
工作绩效与工作压力之间的关系一直是组织管理者和学术研究人员关心的问题。本研究在探讨二者关系时采用了两组压力指标和表单绩效指标,通过对被调查者的压力指标数据和绩效指标数据之间的关系进行实证分析,分析影响男女员工压力反应的工作绩效因素,对男女员工工作压力与绩效关系进行了比较研究。
The relationship between working pressure and job performance has been a topic studied by managers and scholars. Taking two groups of indicators and basing on 216 cases, the authors made an empirical analysis on the relationship between working pressure and job performance, focusing on the job performance factors that related to the response of pressure, and then made a comparison on the relationship of male employees working pressure and job performance between male and female employees.
