促红细胞生成素对新生儿窒息后脑损伤神经行为发育的影响 被引量:11

摘要 围生期窒息导致的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic—ischemic encephalopathy。HIE)严重地威胁并影响着患儿的生命健康和生存质量。目前尚无有效改善围生期缺氧所致脑损伤的药物Ⅲ。促红细胞生成素(EPO)在临床上已广泛应用于肾性贫血和早产儿贫血治疗,且无明显不良反应。
