灯盏花素注射液联合倍他乐克治疗不稳定型心绞痛60例临床观察

60 Cases Clinical Observation of Tcm Breviscapine Injection and Betaloc Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的观察灯盏花素注射液联合倍他乐克治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对照组30例采用常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上辅以灯盏花素注射液治疗,观察两组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果加用灯盏花素注射液能明显提高治疗有效率和患者的运动耐量,降低血浆比黏度和纤维蛋白原。结论灯盏花素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有明显疗效,是一种较好的治疗不稳定型心绞痛联合用药选择。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Tcm breviscapine injection and Betaloc treatment of unstable angina. METHODS 30 cases in the routine treatment are done, and the treatment group of 30 patients in the control group based on complementary with Tcm breviscapine injection treatment is done to observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of treatment. RESULTS Adding Tcm breviscapine injection can obviously improve the treatment efficiency, improve patient exercise tolerance, and the lowering of plasma fibrinogen. CONCLUSION Tcm breviscapine injection and Betaloc treatment of unstable angina is apparent in curative effect, and is a better treatment of unstable angina pectoris combination method.
