膨胀混凝土延迟膨胀损伤模型的试验验证

摘要 为了验证膨胀混凝土延迟膨胀损伤模型的适用性,采用硫酸钠溶液和浸烘循环法来模拟膨胀混凝土延迟膨胀损伤过程,并用表观形态观察、质量变化与超声波相结合的方法来评定混凝土损伤。试验结果表明,膨胀混凝土的损伤过程与模型相吻合,膨胀混凝土延迟膨胀损伤模型有较好的适用性。 To verify the applicability of a damage model for delayed expansion of expansion concrete,the soak and bake cycle method was used to simulate the damage process of delayed expansion damage,with sodium sulfate as the test solution.By means of the observation of apparent morphology,measurement of weight change and ultrasonic detection,the delayed expansion damage of expansive concrete can be evaluated.Test results show that the damage process corresponds with the simulation results of the damage model in this paper.Hence,the damage model for delayed expansion of expansion concrete has been proven to have applicability.
