车用减振器噪声测试与改进方法分析

Analysis on Noise Measurement and Improved Methods of Automotive Shock Absorber

针对汽车减振器使用过程中产生的常见噪声,对产生噪声的减振器进行了分批测试分析,总结了减振器产生噪声的原因,并且针对这些原因对减振器的结构及使用提出了改进措施。经过对改进后的减振器进行测试分析,验证了这些改进措施可以减少减振器的噪声,并能提高减振器的性能。

According to the common noise in use of the automotive shock absorber, the shock absorber which produce the noise is batch tested and analyzed, the reasons that Shock absorber produce noise were summarized. Aiming at these reasons, proposing improvement measures for the structure and use of Shock absorber, by testing and analyzing the improved shock absorber, verifying the improvement measures can reduce the noise of the shock absorber, and can improve the performance of the shock absorber. The studies have a great realistic significance to guide the production and development of automobile shock absorber.
