摘要
扁平黏胶纤维经机械梳理成网,与木浆卫生纸采用水刺工艺复合,制得复合非织造材料。测试复合材料的干湿强力和可冲散性,并调整水刺工艺参数,对比在不同工艺参数下制得产品的纵横向强力和可冲散性能。试验结果表明:在预湿压力2.0 MPa、复合水刺压力3.0~3.5 MPa、水刺道数2~3道、水刺高度40 mm和输网帘速度10~20 m/min条件下可以制得纵向强力较高、横向强力较小、冲散效果优异的湿巾基材。
Flat cross viscose web compound with wood paper by spunlacing and manufacture nonwovens. The dry and wet strength and flushable of the compound material were tested. It was found out that by adjustment of spunlacing parameters the wet wipes with longitudinal strength higher than crosswise strength and good flushable could obtain under pre-spunlacing pressure of 2.0 MPa, composite spunlacing pressure of 3.0 - 3.5 MPa, two or three numbers spunlace and 40 mm height and conveyer speed of 10 - 20 m/min.
