裂颖杂交水稻种子的发芽特性初探

Tentative Exploration on Germination Feature of Glume-open Hybrid Rice Seeds

种子裂颖是部分杂交水稻品种的固有特性,裂颖是导致种子发芽率降低的原因之一,提高有裂颖特性的水稻品种的播种品质可以充分发挥优质杂交水稻品种的高产、优质潜力,是保障农业生产用种安全的重要手段。本研究对裂颖杂交水稻种子的发芽特性及适宜的精选方式进行了初探,结果表明,裂颖杂交水稻种子可以通过精选达到国家质量标准,水选是比较适宜、有效的精选措施。

Seed glume opening is a natural characteristic of some hybridize rice cultivars which could reduce the germination rate of seeds.Raising the sowing quality of glume-open rice seeds is very important to fulfill the seeds germination potential,boost the yield of hybrid rice and ensure the agriculture production safety.The germination property of glume-open hybrid rice seeds and its proper selection methods were preliminarily studied.The result showed that the quality of glume-open hybrid rice seeds could meet the national standards by regrading,among which wet cleaning was appropriate and efficient.
