摘要
以碧绿苦瓜(Momordica charantia)为试验材料,测定了不同浓度壳聚糖对苦瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,在0.04~0.50 mg/mL浓度范围内,各浓度的壳聚糖对苦瓜枯萎病菌孢子萌发均表现出一定的抑制作用,并且随浓度的增加,壳聚糖对孢子的抑制效果显著增强,处理24 h,壳聚糖浓度为0.04 mg/mL时,病菌孢子的萌发率为53.50%,0.50 mg/mL时病菌孢子的萌发率为3.20%,而对照的孢子萌发率为62.00%。
The effects of concentration on the antifungal activity of chitosan against Fusarium oxysporum of balsm pear(Momordica charantia cv.Bi-lu) seedling were investigated.The results indicated that chitosan had antifungal activities against F.oxysporum of balsm pear within the 0.04 mg/mL to 0.50 mg/mL concentration range.With the increase of chitosan concentration,the inhibitory activity increased,and at 0.50 mg/mL,the antifungal activity was the strongest.After 24 h,the germination rate of F.oxysporum spore was 53.50%,3.20% and 62.00% when the concentration of chitosan was 0.04,0.50 and 0 mg/mL respectively.
