农科大学生创新创业能力培养机制研究

Research on the Cultivation System of the Innovative Ability and Entrepreneurial Competence of College Students Majoring in Agriculture

加强农科大学生创新创业能力的培养有3个方面的意义,即提高农科大学生的核心发展力,提升农业高等教育的质量,加快我国"三农"科学发展的步伐。研究中发现,目前农科大学生创新创业教育存在着教育主体客体化、教育内容狭隘化等突出问题,据此,要通过"四个结合",即以个性化教育与通识教育相结合塑造创新素质,以思想政治教育与职业规划教育相结合巩固专业思想,以实践教学与社会实践相结合完善培养机制,以先行先试与稳步推进相结合建立长效工程。

There are three advantages in strengthening the cultivation of the innovative ability and entrepreneurial competence of college students majoring in agriculture,they were promoting their core developing ability,improving the quality of higher education in agriculture,and speeding up the scientific development relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The research suggsted that,the objectification of educational subjects and narrowing of educational contents were the prominent problems existing in the cultivating process of the innovative ability and entrepreneurial competence of college students majoring in agriculture.Therefore,the＂Four Combinations＂ of cultivating students＇ innovative quality through the combination of individualized education and general education,consolidating their professional knowledge through the combination of ideological and political education and career planning education,perfecting the cultivating system through the combination of practical teaching and social practice,and building up a long-effective project through the combination of early and pilot implementation and steady promotion must be put forward.
