摘要
在有物料分解的情况下,考虑回转窑燃烧对分解炉的影响,并且考虑煤与天然气两种燃料,数值模拟分解炉内氮氧化物的生成,得出合理的三维温度场、速度场以及氮氧化物分布,通过与实测数据比较,可以明显得到天然气燃烧要比煤粉燃烧清洁很多的结论。
Under the circumstance of material decomposition, considering the combustion influence of rotary kiln on decompo- sing furnace and considering two kinds of fuel coal and natural gas, numerical simulation was conducted on the generation of nitro- gen oxides. The reasonable three - dimensional temperature field, velocity field and the distribution of nitrogen oxides were then obtained. By comparing simulation results with the practical data, it can be found that natural gas is obviously cleaner than coal when they are used as fuel of precalciner kiln.
