摘要
针对车辆货物约束系统对道路不平度响应问题,建立道路-车辆-货物约束系统的空间八自由度模型,并采用线性滤波白噪声法拟合出四轮道路不平度的时域模型,进行了道路不平度对车辆货物约束系统的垂直激励的响应仿真研究。利用VB和Matlab混合编程编制了道路-车辆-货物约束系统的计算软件,得出在约束条件下,货物的垂直位移响应最大值比车身的垂直位移响应最大值要小,货物的振动频率也比车身的振动频率小,且路面质量越差,货物的振动位移越大,约束捆绑器的受力也越大。
The respond of the vehicles restraint system by the road roughness of vertical excitation was discussed when a space eight - freedom model of road - vehicle - cargo constraint system was constructed and linear filter white noise method was employed to fit the time domain model of four road roughness. A calculate software of the road - vehicles - cargo constraint system was designed by using the mixing programming of VB and Matlab. It can be found that under the constraint, the maximum vertical displacement of the goods is smaller than that of the truck, and the vibration frequency is also smaller than that of the truck. And the higher level of the road is, the larger vibration displacement of goods will be, the greater stress of the tie down will be.
