摘要
针对氯碱企业生产过程中能耗高、能源利用不合理的问题,首先通过分析氯碱企业能量流动过程,构建了氯碱企业能量流分析框架,然后结合工序能量流图给出了氯碱企业能耗测算的具体方法,探讨了影响企业综合能耗的关键因素,为企业降低能耗提供决策依据,最后,以某氯碱企业为例,证实了研究的有效性。
In order to solve high energy consumption and unreasonable energy utilization problems in the manufacturing process of chlor - alkali enterprises, energy flow analysis framework was constructed through systematical analysis of chlor - alkali enterprise energy flow process. The method of energy consumption calculation was proposed with process flow diagram. The key factors that influence energy consumption were analyzed. It provides decision - making basis for the enterprise to reduce energy consumption. The method was proved to be effective by a case study in a chlor - alkali enterprise.
