摘要
针对保险公司员工主动离职的问题,选用国外较新的关于离职问题的研究成果Price-Mueller模型,在对其进行修正的基础上,采用问卷调查的方法筛选离职风险变量,通过主成分分析和相关性分析对我国保险公司员工主动离职的风险因素进行了实证研究,得出了影响保险公司员工主动离职的关键风险因素。
For the problem of employee turnover in the insurance company, the revised Price - Mueller model, together with questionnaire survey ,was employed to collect the risk variables and conduct empirical research to employee turnover factor of in- surance companies by principal component analysis and correlation analysis. Finally, the decisive factors resulting in employee turnover were investigated and discussed.
