摘要
目的提高X射线物质识别的准确性。方法采用Monte Carlo方法对双能X射线物质识别进行模拟。结果得到六种材料识别曲线与原子序数的关系。结论 Monte Carlo方法可以提高安检系统的材料分辨能力。
Objective To improve the accuracy of material recognition with X - ray. Methods By using Monte Carlo method to simulate the material discrimination of dual - energy X - ray. Results Relationship of six materials between recog- nition curves and atomic number was confirmed. Conclusion Monte Carlo method can improve the material classification of practical security inspection systems .
