窑头袋收尘系统可分为高温和常温两种系统,通过对这两种系统从技术和经济方面进行分析和比较发现,在装机功率、重量和系统电耗方面,常温系统比高温系统要高;在设备投资方面,两种系统基本一样;在综合生产费用方面,当单位电价小于0.804元/kWh时,常温系统更经济,当单位电价大于0.804元/kWh时,高温系统更经济。
The bag filter for cooler should be divided into high temp. and low temp. system, the analysis and comprehensive comparison of technical and economic for eooler is made in this article, and make some conch, sions as following: in the hand of installed power, weight and power consumption, the low temp. bag filter system is big- ger than high temp. bag filter system; in the hand of equipment investment, there is no deference between two system; in the hand of operating cost, the low temp. bag filter system is lower than the high temp. bag filler system when the specific power fee is lower than 0.804 yuan/kWh, and the low temp. bag filter system is higher than the high temp. bag filter when the specific power fee is higher than 0.804 yuan/kWh.
